We’re recruiting: Financial Manager

Growing2gether is searching for a Financial Manager  to join our small, committed team. As a member of the senior leadership, you will direct and oversee financial activities, prepare financial reports and forecasts, offer expert financial advice to senior leadership colleagues and provide effective financial management to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved, maintained and developed.

Reporting To the Chief Executive

Location The Hive, Park Ecovillage, Findhorn. Remote working is also possible.

PayScale £16,380 at 2 days a week  (£40,950 FTE)

Leave 12 days annual leave

Recently honoured in the Scottish Parliament, we are a charity focused on strengthening mental health, building life skills and fostering a sense of belonging among disengaged youth.  Through our innovative programme, we train young people  to become mentors to nursery children with social or communication challenges. 

As they help the children thrive, the young people begin to believe in their own strengths and capabilities. Many go on to train as Young Leaders, developing projects that address real issues within their own communities.
