Welcome to our new look!

We are so proud to introduce our new visual identity, inspired by our young people and their project. It reflects who Growing2gether is now, and where we are going next.

At Growing2gether, we believe every young person carries unique potential. When that potential is seen, supported, and trusted, lives change and communities grow stronger.

Since our launch in Scotland in 2017, Growing2gether has paired over 3 000 teenage mentors and younger children, creating powerful relationships that build confidence, connection, and long-term change. What began as a promise to bring a life-changing mentoring approach from California to the UK has grown into a movement rooted in early intervention, youth leadership and hope.

Over the past months, guided by our trustees and shaped by the team, the young people, funders and partners, we have been on a journey to evolve our brand. As our reach and ambition have grown, we recognised the need for an identity that clearly communicates our impact, our values and our readiness for the future.

This new brand has been co-created with young people at its heart. Inspiration came from Lorelei, a long-standing participant and leadership board member, whose bold artwork transformed the Tain underpass alongside more than 30 young people. Her vibrant colours and strong outlines now form the foundation of our visual language, expressing confidence, energy and strength. The same qualities we nurture in every young person we work with.

Our refreshed brand is more than a new look. It is a clearer expression of our purpose and our belief in the power of relationships to change lives. It reflects an organisation that is grounded in experience, led by youth voice, and focused on sustainable, long-term impact.

As we step into this next chapter, we are expanding our reach and strengthening our partnerships so that more disadvantaged young people across Scotland can thrive.

Our vision remains unchanged. A world where all young people have the opportunity to realise their unique potential, transform their lives for the long term, and strengthen the communities they call home.
