Growing2gether's proven success rests on its unique concept: using Transpersonal and Positive Psychology, combined with a trauma-sensitive approach, to reach young people whom traditional models have failed to engage.

You can learn these skills, which are effective for both young people and adults. 

 

We offer training in this approach to anyone working with young people, and also tailor it for facilitators wishing to develop more effective skills in their work with adults.


This CPD training is accredited by the Institute of Leadership, and CLD Standards Council Scotland.

Typical training modules

The training usually runs one day a month for six to seven months, and is a mix of online and in-person sessions.

In choosing to get accredited, you’ll register with the Institute of Leadership and submit a small amount of portfolio work to integrate your learning.

As Growing2gether is an Associate Grade member, you’re also gain access to some of the Institute’s learning tools.

Diana Whitmore & Gavin Morgan

Diana and Gavin are Co-CEOs of Growing2gether. They deliver our unique facilitation techniques that blend transpersonal and positive psychology with a trauma-sensitive approach.

 

Together they bring their learnings from decades of experience in both facilitation and working with young people, to each training session.

Wise Goose offers coaching and accredited coach training for people who want to contribute to a fairer, more sustainable world.

 

As a certified B Corp we focus on values‑led practice and the human skills needed to create lasting change, particularly for those working in complex, people‑centred contexts.

 

We collaborate with Growing2gether through pro bono training places and one-one coaching for facilitators, enabling those closest to the work to thrive as well as deliver impact.
